Our experienced dentists are always careful to attach false teeth in a way that leaves them visually indistinguishable from real teeth. If any of our teeth implant services would indeed be right for you, we will give you a treatment plan to consider and potentially approve. Different clients can turn out to require different dental implant procedures. In some cases, we might need to extract a tooth before we can add an implant – and more complex cases can call for foundation and stabilisation work. The treatment plan will specify all of the implant work required.
Our uncompromising approach to ensuring prestige quality with our dental implant services means that they can be more expensive than alternative – albeit comparatively standard – solutions. The treatment plan will, however, detail the pricing of the dental implant package we propose for you.
If you have any damaged or loose teeth that will need removing before we proceed with the dental implant treatment, we can indeed undertake a tooth extraction procedure. We can also carry out a bone augmentation procedure and provide IV sedation as and when necessary.
Whether you have asked for just one dental implant or multiple implants, we will initiate the actual implant-fitting stage at our Liverpool clinic. As each implant’s titanium rod must be given enough time to fuse with the jawbone, we will also book a return visit for you to make a few months later.
In the wait for you to undergo the second phase of dental implant treatment, we will provide a removable denture for you to temporarily wear. This denture will act as a sufficient replacement for ‘proper’ teeth, both aesthetically and in more practical terms, such as when you are eating.
When the time comes for this to happen, we will once again organise transport so that you can be brought back over from Dublin to our Liverpool surgery. We can complete this secondary part of the overall implant procedure under local anaesthetic to reduce much of the pain otherwise entailed.
